Extreme Sports Map

I've got a new project under way at the moment. It's called Extreme Sports Map and is based on the Google Maps API, or for those of you who arn't geeks, the Google maps thing with satelite images in it.

The idea is to plot the locations of skateparks, streets spots, surf breaks and in fact any place where you can go about sliding on a board, riding bike or jumping off things. In true 2.0 fashion (again, apologies to the non geeks) visitors to the site can add their own spots to the project and comment on spots already there.

It's been a pretty quick site to get up and running, and is hopefully going to be fully live in the next few weeks.
